Keitarou Mizuno is a fictional character from the Texhnolyze anime series.

Biography

Mizuno, in the process of his coup d’état against Oonishi’s leadership for control of the Organo, visits the Salvation Alliance to guarantee them compensation for their casualties from the arson “no matter what happens inside our organisation” – he heavily implies his intent to oust Oonishi, his attempt to gain favour with the Alliance extremely unsubtle. After Mizuno leaves, Genji Kimata and his assistant, Ken Inui are very much dismissive of his visit.
